Michaelmas - Graignamanagh

Postby pajo on Wed Mar 25, 2009 10:20 pm

I REALLY would like to get a few more people together for this... not huge numbers, just a few. And if possible, a small living history display (just one or two tents with a few bits and pieces, just to show a lil more of what we do, aside from the fighting). as I said before, its just a small festival, REALLY laid back. nothing too fancy. but it IS for fundraising for different community causes (not sure what it is this year, last year was for a de-fib for the town).

Irish, Viking, or norman kit is fine, a few of the romans will b there too I believe. I will appreciate any and all who come along. there will b camping space and food for all who attend. thak you kindly folks.

oh, and dates again are the 26th/27th september.

There mite not be as many frogs this year, as they're getting ppl in to sort the field! no more lumps and bumps, and they want to give us more room! They want to move the thraser and that kinda thing back behind where we were, and make us more prominent... oh lala!

Oh, I forgot to mention, there WILL be archery this year! So maybe some more fruit might b in order... XD
