see this annoys me im a viking reenactor living within bow shot of that library it is so close by and yet i dont hear about it till now that is frustrating for me :x

That is unfortunate. You should perhaps make yourself known to the Library and if they have a 'Clubs and Associations' listing, either in hard copy at the branch or on their web site, register yourself.

No new members or major sponsors yet bur sure give it time. :P

I understand that this sort of thing can be frustrating when you see it happening on your doorstep, but it happens.

Perhaps if you look at the date of the article, and I know that Mick does this stuff for a living, it might lessen the sting?

ah i dont mind him being on my turf :lol: i would like to know when these things are on so i can even call down and say hello and have a chat. as for talking to them and so on that is a good idea and i shall go do that as soon as i can. it always seems to happen when reenactors come to town im gone dont, find out or missing, fate plays cruel tricks on us all i suppose. ah sure theres always next time :D
