Viking period

Postby Brunhilde on Wed Dec 10, 2008 2:57 pm

Hello everybody!

My name is Brunhilde,(Marie in real life ) , I'm from France and I am looking for a viking reenactment group based in Dublin.
I used to be part of a medieval reenactment group (XIIth century) but I am more attracted to the viking period.
I am currently trained in Dublinia (medieval dublin / viking museum) to become a guide.
I already have a viking a member of a reenactment band , I am able to sew, to cook...or fight.

If some group is looking for new members, please let me know! ;)

Hellow and welcome ;)
"The Kaiser knows the Munsters,
by the Shamrock on their caps,
And the famous Bengal Tiger, ever ready for a scrap,
And all his big battalions, Prussian Guards and grenadiers,
Fear to face the flashing bayonets of the Munster Fusiliers."

Go bua

Recommend contacting Barry, His group The Fingal Living History Society are VERY active in Dublin with regular training sessions. You can find Barry in the Bunratty 2009 thread in the events section.

Oh and welcome, Matt
