Hi all! i'm looking to get involved in re-enacting, I went to kilmallock and kinsale and caught the bug, Also spoke to some of the roman guys(martin and sean)and they recomended this place. any info about kit,events,groups etc would be appreciated!

welcome on board. while we werent at kinsale(at the salute show in dublin.),you might have seen us on nationwide one of the times we were on it.

we do the 101st airborne and the london irish rifles during ww2.

Hi taylor, so which period do you think you would be intrested in getting involved and more importantly where are you from, have you checked to see where your nearest group are located probably best to get in touch with them as they would be your most valuable resource for training and info on gigs. if you look at the user map here on living history you can locate people close to you.

You can find the map of all the reenactment groups here; user_map.php (assuming that members have put their real name, rough location & joined a group through their forum user profile).
