We searched with Alexander yesterday and found dating information. it looks like the lamp was created in 6-7 cc, however it has signs of repair in 10th c.
300-400 years of use - durable and valuable good.

The question is: what kind of lamps were in use or were popular? I know that simple lamps from stone were in use, however I don't know about availability of the material and popularity.
