Postby Jess de Búrca Monty on Sun Mar 28, 2010 9:24 pm

Just to keep everyone in the loop. I will be on RTÉ 2's programme ICE, tomorrow (Mon 29th March) to promote a new archaeology based gameshow for kids. Tune in from 16.40.

Ho ho, well done Jess. I sent them your way!

Mind you, they did say that they had heard your name from a good few people already, so we were all rooting for you.

I went to watch the live feed but unfortunately it's not one of the shows RTÉ stream.

I did however find the game applicants have to complete just to apply to take part: http://www.rte.ie/tv/theden/irelanddigit/index.html. Going by the standard of the game (and the fact they have Jess on board to promote ;) ) I think this could be a great show. Definitely one I will encourage children I know to watch.

The game may be aimed at 5th/6th class pupils but I am quite pleased that I answered them all correctly

Thanks for the feedback guys and for the referral Billy :) It was a fun exercise and the kid's programme Ireland - Dig It, seems very worthy indeed. For those who missed Monday's madness, it can be seen on RTÉ player for the next while.

Thanks
Jess
