The WarTime Living History Association exists to remind, portray and represent the forces Allied/Axis and Domestic which played a role in the Second World War. Through Representation our group strive to inform, educate and assist the members of the public with their understanding of the Second World War and what was involved by all participants.

Hi Folks
details of the remaining events for this year.

31st- 2nd June
Event:
Duncannon Fort
Description:
A multi-period event held in the historic fort of Duncannon, in Co Wexford, watch as Roman Soldiers rub shoulder to shoulder with Irish Celts and even WW2 Soldiers.With battle Re-enactments throughout the weekend you won't want to miss this.

14th June
Event:
Hillsborough Fort
Description:
A multi-period event with live battle re-enactments from across the ages including US Civil War,Vikings,English Civil War,WW2 and beyond

21-22nd June
Event:
UMVC Show Loughbrickland
Description:
Nice show on the banks of the lake with Amphibious vehicles going for a swim.

28th June
Event:
CarrickFergus Veterans Day
Description:
A veterans day held in carrickfergus with the WLHA providing a static camp for the public to see the type of activities the veterans done on a day to day basis.

29th June
Event:
Crom Castle
Description:
Nice Multiperiod event overlooking the Fermanagh lakes.

5-6th July
Event:
Roe Valley
Description:
Come see the numerous living history camps of the WLHA, including German,American,British and Russians. With diorama's and battle field skirmishes happening throughout the day its not to be missed

2-3rd Aug
Event:
UMVC Show Portrush
Description:
The annual UMVC show with an impressive display of vehicles of all types plus numerous living history displays, its the highlight of the season.

13-14th Sept
Event:
Railways at War Downpatrick
Description:
Second year of this successful Railway show.

Hi Brendan
have had to move the final event on the list Downpatrick Railways at war to 6th and 7th September as the original date would clash with the Magnus Barelegs festival which was previously always held in June.
