My Last Farewell

Postby Malo on Thu Sep 17, 2009 12:29 pm

As I am heading back to the "Fatherland" I am putting together a little farewell weekend for everybody that wants to say goodbye or just wants to make sure I'm leaving.

The date will be the 17th -18th October

Loction will be near Slane, where we had the event earlier this year.

So if you want to see me off, let me know and I'll see you there.

I won't disappear from the re-enactment.

you'll still see me at loads of events like Waterloo and I'll pop in for Kinsale next year to ensure you all will behave yourselves.

Won't be able to make your ging away gig, sorry.

You'll be missed from the re-enacting community here in Ireland and I suppose that it will be Germany's gain.
Best of Luck and DON'T BE A STRANGER.

Salve Liam

That's a pity as it's shaping up to be a great week-end. I'll try and keep Bertie and Dave away from the sheep as best I can, although I can't promise the same for myself if there's a pretty one around :D :D :D

I hope it will be!!!

Just to let everyone know: we will not able to shoot this weekend due to the company we'll enjoy, but we can still have a good time!! People can use this weekend still to work on their drill, their projects on site or we can do a little German tradition called "maneuver" which is basically a none firing battle simulation.

We'll sort something out anyway!!!
