Salve Liam!

Great event and great fun even though I did have to wear a reb tunic today  My ears are still bloody ringing from that cannon though. Well done to Bertie, Liam and Dave!

Hi All,
Had a ball at the weekend and thanks to the Pards for the invite.
Only managed to take a few photos with my phone when we weren't
shooting but I am unable to download them as I am technically challenged.
Great to meet old friends again that i hadn't met in ages.
Jackboot.

Hi All,

Just to follow up on what Liam said about the weekend.

Many thanks to you all for taking the time to show up over the weekend and for joining us for this first ever event in the Royal Powder Mills. Your participation has helped in no small way to hopefully securing the event for next year. Cork County Council were very happy with everything, including the cleaan-up afterwards!

As a 'black powder only' event it worked well, and as nothing post 1890 was fired or protrayed it delivered what was said on the packet!

Again on behalf of The Pard's Mess, thank you one and all.

See you all at Charles Fort in Sept.
Fight the Good Fight!

Fred Ricksburg,
