Unfortunately not :(
I can't find either report on JSTOR. All I got when I look for them is their respective reviews, but that's all.

I was able through my uni to access some of the Proceedings of the Royal Irish Academy, but they are only available online from 2001 onwards. There is a few early medieval excavation reports if someone is interested (BRIDE STREET, DUBLIN, Ballynagallagh, Drumadoon, Co. Antrim and Dromthacker, Tralee, Co. Kerry).

On the Archaeological Data Service are however made available the Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland and Medieval Archaeology, plus some nice data projects from sites such as Gwithian in Cornwall.

Check here:

Some really nice stuff, here for exemple:
- the excavation report of Iona in Scotland (with several 6-7th century shoes and wooden artifacts): http://ads.ahds.ac.uk/catalogue/adsdata ... 82_380.pdf
- wooden artifacts from Loch Glashan crannog: http://ads.ahds.ac.uk/catalogue/adsdata ... 79_094.pdf

Not irish but still gaelic :)
