Just a quick stop over to announce Faol Lia’s annual Samhain Training weekend. This year the fabled event will be taking place on the weekend of October 24th – 26th. This year the event will be at a new location – at Fran and Nicky’s new house. 75yrds from their old one.
MedRen will be glad to hear that the back garden is considerably drier than the old one so there will be no floods this year – I hope! (DISCLAIMER: Faol Lia reserve the right to flood anyone’s tent who deserves it and will accept no liability for any discomfort caused).As usual there is the box for food contributions, minimum donation 20 yoyo, same as last year. As usual there will be rules posted around the house. Such rules include stay out of the wenches way, especially in the kitchen, and especially especially in meal preparation time, and especially especially especially before morning tea, or coffee, depending on preference. (don’t be offended if they shout at you ) The clocks will be taken down in the house so no-one can skip off to bed because ‘it’s getting late’. Remember folks – Time is a human invention and gods are not subject to it, it is subject to them. So when ‘bed-time’ rolls around, ask yourself: “Am I a man, or a god?”
Anywho newbies will all soon get the drift. The weekend is about fun! Let the good Times Roll!
