Training photo/video session at Battle of the Flags

Guys, as you know, I'm slowly making up online training tutorials for spear and sword. I'm about to launch a second effort to improve the two spear ones, but I'd like help.

At Battle of the Flags, before it all starts, I'd like to get some people lined up in formations, so we can photo & video how it works. Ideally, I'd like ten people, in 10th/11th/12thC kit. Let me know if you are interested in taking part, and I'll send you on the script before hand. Basically, I want;

* Tight spear line
* Open spear line
* Two-deep spear line
* Spears mixed with swords men
* Marching + wheel left
* Marching + gate right
* About turn (showing spears/shields/whatever)
* "Dig in"
* Marching with spears over your shoulder

I'd also like to act out various wards, blocks and shots from the Ottawa sword guild's interpretation of Fiore's spear fightbook. If people had opinions on the http://tutorials.livinghistory.ie site, now is the time to get recommendations in.

Hi,
I'm was planning to come to the flags as a spectator and shopper. However, as an extension to John's request, can film?
I can film and I know where not to be on the field and could get in close while you lot are having your bash. I'd love the opportunity to actually.

Can I have permission to film up close and personal as well as help with John's project of tutorial stuff?

I'll cut it down nice and turn it into a nice promo vid for yiz.
