Yay. Unicode works again.

While installing some completely unrelated software, I noticed that PHP had set 'mbstring.func_overload = 7' by default. Turns out this was a BAD THING, and caused the livinghistory.ie website to corrupt any non-ascii text. That is fixed, so you can now use Microsoft Smart Quotas, fadas, accents, circonflexes etc. to your hearts content.
