Someone did this in Kerry a few years ago. Thanks to some eagle-eyed students from UCC who went looking for them, the farmer had to pay over 3 million euro to have the ring-forts reconstructed under archeological supervision. It's going to get very very expensive for that idiot.

They are simple to make, they must be as some years ago I made one....on saying that I completely forget how it was done. All I remember is it involved a piece of cardboard with holes in it But fear not someone will soon drop by this thread and fill in the details.
